Terms, privacy and disclosures
Last updated 19 September 2026. This is a draft published so the product can be tested; it is not a substitute for reviewed terms.
1. What shill is
shill is a software interface for trading tokens on public blockchains. It is self-custodial: a wallet is created for you by our infrastructure provider (Privy) and only you can authorise transactions from it. shill never receives, stores or can use your private key, and cannot move, freeze or recover your funds. You can export your key at any time.
2. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on shill is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Token prices, leaderboards, feeds and other traders’ activity are information, not recommendations. Tokens can lose all of their value. Transactions on a blockchain are final. You are responsible for every transaction you sign.
3. Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use this service where you live. shill is not offered in jurisdictions where it would be unlawful, including sanctioned territories, and may be restricted in others. We may block access, restrict features, or require identity verification by jurisdiction, and may change the list at any time.
4. Fees
shill charges a platform fee on swaps, taken inside the swap transaction and shown before you confirm. The fee varies by token, size and other factors. Network fees are separate. The “cover network fees” feature sells a small amount of your cash to the treasury for SOL at a disclosed rate.
5. Social features and rankings
Public profiles show trades that are already visible on the blockchain. Rankings are computed from on-chain activity, adjusted for deposits and withdrawals, and may be recalculated or removed at any time. Wash trading, coordinated wallets, selective transfers and other manipulation may result in removal from rankings and from the service.
6. Data
We store your login identifier, profile, wallet addresses, and records of transactions associated with your wallets, and we retain them to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Public profiles expose your wallet address by design. You can make your profile private in settings.
